Second Chances reuses and recycles clothing, shoes, and accessories so that homeless and lower-income people feel confident and valued as they take their first steps toward brighter futures and, as a community, we can minimize the amount of apparel going into local landfills.

Dedham Food Pantry
What you have: Non perishables
Established in 1990, the Dedham Food Pantry serves approximately 250 Dedham families each month. Food distribution is based on family size, availability, and special dietary needs. We also offer personal hygiene items including shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and feminine hygiene products.

Animal Rescue League of Boston
What you have: Gently used towels
Since 1899, ARL has responded to the needs of animals and supported a community in which animals are protected, safe, and healthy – in homes and out of shelters. For over 125 years, giving shelter to homeless animals. They are even taking in pets from the LA fires.

Cradles to Crayons
What you have: Children’s clothing
Cradles to Crayons provides children from birth through age 12, living in homeless or low-income situations, with the essential items they need to thrive – at home, at school and at play. They supply these items free of charge by engaging and connecting communities.

Dignity Matters
What you have: New/like-new bras, feminine hygiene products
Menstrual products are expensive and rarely donated, and you can’t purchase them with Food Stamps/SNAP or WIC. Just think about it. What would happen if you didn’t have underwear or sanitary products? It would make everything beyond hard.

Make & Mend
What you have: Extra craft supplies
Make & Mend is working to remove the financial barriers to creation by offering gently used art supplies at an accessible rate for seasoned artists and first-timers alike. The demand for affordable art supplies is growing and so is sustainability. Support the arts with your unwanted art supplies.
